Re: RGB Align in Live Stack
I guess I’m just looking for an easy fix for EAA purposes. On the occasions that stack something I’m really happy with and want to take it further, I’ll use RGB Align tools to clean it up. It’s not nearly as good as a hardware solution, but it helps a lot. I’m just making the assumption that alignin...

Re: RGB Align in Live Stack
I use a ZWO ADC when I’m imaging planets, but that’s with an ASI178MC camera. When I’m stacking deep sky, my imaging train is 2” (including reducer on my C11) and an ASI294MC.

RGB Align in Live Stack
Dr. Glover, I’m not sure this is possible, but is there any way to add an RGB Align feature to the Enhancements tab while live stacking? I live at 54°north latitude, and many of the best targets barely cross 20° above my horizon. The atmospheric dispersion causes some serious chromatic aberration, r...

Re: Colour/B&W Inversion
Just updated my SharpCap to the latest version, and I see that inversion is included.
Thank you, Dr. Glover.

Re: How to get a Pro License for free?
You go into the SharpCap site, operated by the man who wrote and maintains the software, looking for advice on how to pirate it?!?
If this isn’t a joke, it bloody well should be.

Colour/B&W Inversion
Good morning Robin. I was wondering if a hot key to invert the colours would be possible for live stacking? A few members of the Cloudy Nights forum are colour blind, and red nebulosity simply doesn’t appear for them. I’ve also found personally, an inverted faint galaxy shows better detail. Thanks f...

Re: New Feature : Deep Sky Image Annotation
Robin, thank you.
SharpCap is invaluable, and with this addition, it is the best EAA software on the market, bar none.

Re: New Feature : Deep Sky Image Annotation
Robin, this feature is absolutely spectacular.
My only question: is it possible to change the font size of the annotations?
