Good morning Robin.
I was wondering if a hot key to invert the colours would be possible for live stacking?
A few members of the Cloudy Nights forum are colour blind, and red nebulosity simply doesn’t appear for them.
I’ve also found personally, an inverted faint galaxy shows better detail.
Thanks for your consideration.
Trent

Re: Colour/B&W Inversion
Hi Trent,
thanks for the suggestion - I think it could be a feature of the 'display stretch/mini histogram' perhaps, so that you could do it for any feature in SharpCap. I just need to work out how to fit it in without making the existing functionality harder to use.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Colour/B&W Inversion
Just updated my SharpCap to the latest version, and I see that inversion is included.
Thank you, Dr. Glover.

Hi,
glad that you like it - in the end it was quite a simple change once I got the plan for where to put it in the UI (and what icon to use) sorted out
cheers,
Robin
