Using the Cover Calibrator commands

I want to automate my flats for a remote site and I have an Alnitak on my refractor.
When you issue the command to open or close the cover, does the calling process wait until a "process complete" is received from the Alnitak before the program resumes execution? Was not sure If I needed to wait nn seconds before proceeding.

Hi,

if you are using the sequencer step 'Open the cover/calibrator device' then it will wait until the cover reports its state as 'open' before the sequence finishes that step and moves on. There is also a time limit of 60s on the open operation (and close too) - if it takes longer than that, SharpCap will assume that something has gone wrong.
