With Brightness filter checked and dithering invoked frames are dropped every time a dither is executed. Unchecking Brightness Filter will allow the dither frame to be stacked.

Re: Dithering Causing Dropped Frames
Hi Don,
live stacking is supposed to ignore frames that are captured while the mount is dithering to avoid trailed star images getting into the stack, so if there is any error here it's that somehow the frames captured while dithering *are* being stacked.
Having the filter brightness option turned on may help rescue the 'stacking dither frames' issue, since the movement will cause star images to trail or double, meaning they will measure as less bright and could be dropped from the stack for that reason.
Can you confirm what settings you are using that are allowing the dither frames to get stacked? I have done a couple of quick tests and I'm not seeing that, so I suspect it must be related to guiding/dithering settings.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Dithering Causing Dropped Frames
Hi Don,
that's all pretty standard and shouldn't cause a problem - how about in the live stacking guiding settings?
I would expect something like the above, but regardless of these settings, any frames where the capture of the frame overlapped with the dither operation should be ignored by live stacking, and the bug would be if somehow they got included.
cheers,
Robin

Re: Dithering Causing Dropped Frames
Hi Robin,
I have the same settings. The frame count varies from 2 to 6 depending on where I'm using very short exposures or very long exposures.
