Hi,
usually you should be able to do this by using the 'Setup' window for your filter wheel. If you are using an ASCOM driver then the options you see are chosen by the people who write the ASCOM driver for your filter wheel - hopefully they have put in a way to name the filters (they are supposed to), but I can't guarantee it!
