focusing
To whom it may concern, I cannot focus my SVOBNY SV-105 or my Fibonax cameras with the upgrade 4.1.14013. I could focus two years ago using a older version of SharpCap Pro. Is there an issue with my cameras working with the upgrade or am I just doing something wrong. T tried adjusting all the setting that I can and the best I can get is just a fuzz blob of Satuan or Jupiter. I get it them in focus with just the eye piece but cannot with the cameras???

Hi,
there are two things to check initially...
1) That the image isn't overexposed - if it is mostly white then try turning down the exposure and/or gain until you have got rid of the over-exposure and also check that the display stretch in SharpCap is switched off (you might have turned this on when looking at stars or deep sky targest - see https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/4.1/#Display%20Stretch for more on the display stretch.
2) That you can get the camera sensor to the point of focus of the telescope. The camera sensor needs to be at the point where a focused image is formed if you put a piece of paper/card behind the eyepiece holder (no eyepiece or camera in place). Sometimes you may find you need an extension tube to push the camera back far enough to put the sensor in this position (if you have an SCT then adjusting the focus moves this position in/out from the back of the scope).
