Where is my Sharpcap license?
At ~7:30PM on Sunday 1-/26 I ordered Sharpcap Pro and paid through Paypal &18.00 US. Nothing back from Sharpcap. Where is my License email?

Hi Lenny,
I have just checked our records and I can't find any sign of a payment from you yesterday - checking both by your email and name
There are a few further things to check
* Did the payment actually go through? I can't see a failed payment either, but in some cases they do not show up in my systems. Check your PayPal account or credit/debit card to make sure the payment actually happened.
* If you paid using PayPal, they send us the 'default' email address on your PayPal account, and the license email will go to that address. That might be an older email address that you used when setting up the PayPal account a long time ago, since PayPal don't make it very clear that there *is* a default email address or how to update it. If you have access to that email address, please check it, otherwise let us know about it.
* If you paid using a credit/debit card, you would have entered your email address as you were buying - if that is a different address to the one you used to register for the forums then check that email address (and check the junk mail folder on that address too). I can also search credit/debit card payments using the last four digits of the card number.
To send me further details so that I can check by card number or an alternate email address, please contact me using the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page, which will pop up an email to send to us. Please don't post alternate email addresses or card numbers here in the forums.

I checked my Paypal and still don't see a posting of the purchase so I can only assume it didn't go through. I believe Paypal is now owned and run by Amazon so it could be a screw-up on their part.
I had a previous SC Pro license that expired in 2024, June I think, however I'm purchasing a new license under the email address I'm using for this forum, the gmail account, as my original email account is not going to be around after the end of October.
