Hi Robin,
I’ve implemented the new option to save with ROWORDER='BOTTOM-UP', but in some software (e.g., QuickLook for Windows, https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook), the colors appear inverted - red and blue seem swapped.

Re: New option to save with ROWORDER='BOTTOM-UP'
Hi,
in that case, you probably also need to toggle the option about 'BAYER patterns written to RAW FITS header files' from 'Normal' to 'Inverted' (or vice versa). Sadly there is no consistency amount viewing applications on how the patterns are handled, so an image that appears perfect in one application will be colour reversed in another.
Adding the option for bottom up confuses things further, since some viewing applications ignore it and will continue to behave the same way. Others read it and invert the image, some may also change their interpretation of the 'BAYERPAT' header (but there is no guarantee they will, as the interaction is not specified).
So, you can see why SharpCap has to have an option for 'Normal' and 'Inverted' - there is no universal 'right' answer, and you set that option according to the way that works with your primary processing/viewing software.
cheers,
Robin
