I am using the latest version (updated today) of SharpCap Pro (licensed).
Laptop is running Windows 11 64 bit.
Camera is a ZWO ASI174MM plugged directly into laptop USB 3.0 port
I tried to use the Seeing Monitor while taking images of the Sun. Although my software is licensed, the capture options are grey out and not accessible.
See screen shots for further information.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Jay Messeroff

Re: Capture not accessible in Tools>Seeing Monitor
Hi,
there are two parts to this...
1) Because those buttons share the space with the graph, they are initially partially transparent (so you can see the graph through them). When you move your mouse over that area, they will become fully visible and you should find that at least two of them are available.
2) You may need to click on the graph itself to set a quality threshold level for some of the buttons to become fully enabled.
The only other possibility I can think of is if you are using one of the 'bundled' licenses that comes with a camera purchase - those are linked to the brand of camera purchased, so would not be valid for your ZWO camera. This is not relevant if you have a normal, paid, license code.
Hope this helps,
Robin
