How it is better to save a color shot

I use a color camera: the ZWO ASI 533MC
I normally do live stacking and every 5 minutes save and reset for 12 times.
Then I process the 12 saved images

SC gives me the opportunity to save a color video shooting in different ways; RAW, RGB and so on
What is the best choice considering that the images will be stacked and processed ?

For now I'm using RGB16 and I'm fine, but I don't know if I'm wrong

Thank you all

Carlo
