What a deception. I stopped buying the license, I decided to give it another chance and I am getting disappointed. It crashes, it is unresponsive, it looses connection with the USD Drive, etc.

I want my money back!!!!

please reply to your license email with more details. While we want every customer to be satisfied, we do make sure that pretty much all of the features of the product can be tried and tested before purchasing the Pro License, so our T&Cs make it clear that refunds are available only in exceptional cases.

thst is all you need to say, never buying a license from you again...

Unfortunately your initial post contained none of the details that we would need to even start to try to solve the problem, and it was clear that you would prefer a refund to any other possible outcome.

I've now sent a full refund for your most recent purchase. Hope that you find some alternative software that works reliably for you.
