Hello Robin,
Last night, using the latest stable 64bit version of Sharpcap, I:
- Used a Contrast (Edge) Detection focus assistant to focus, using a Gemini focuser.
- Used the ADC Alignment tool to properly align the ADC
And then tried to perform an Automatic Refocus but what that did was lunching the ADC Alignment tool. I closed it, and re-tried but with no success.
There was no way to obtain an automatic refocus.

Hi,
what method are you using in the final step to launch the refocus? I have tried to get this to happen both in 4.1 and 4.2 and can't see the problem - a refocus seems to bring up the correct focus tool, even if ADC is still open at the time (or if I have just closed it). There must be something subtle going on in your situation that we will need to pin down.
