Pinwheel Galaxy M101

I've been imaging a lot of objects lately.
Too many to chose from and not enough time to process nor post results.
One, the Markanian Chain, just amazing not to mention all the other galaxies in the neighborhood !!!
Fortunately, I discovered integrating multi sessions into one using Siril.
Great, since around midnight I'm past ready to call it a night :)
Here's one of the results. Think it came out ok.
Processing not stellar :) but getting better.

SharpCap,
SVBONY 102mm with Flattener/reducer,
asi585mc pro cooled, gain 252, offset 8,
sv260 broadband filter,
guiding phd2 SVBONY 50mm scope with asi662mc,
guiding has been really good.
mount zwo am3, bortle 7.
All nights around 2.5 hours +/-
First 2 nights were 90 second exposures.
Third night 120 second exposures (gonna do a 4th night with 120s, integrate, just to see what i get)
Moon less than 50 percent all nights.
Was experimenting with exposure and multi day stacking. Just pushing things.
Stacking in Siril.
Editing Siril, Cosmic Clarity, Gimp, Affinity, Think it came out ok.

I revisited my image and worked through some new processes.
Came up with this.
Thanks for looking.

Always worth reprocessing old data as knowledge/experience is acquired.

M101 is a similar object to M33, which makes acquiring Ha data worthwhile to bring out the detail in the arms.

With this hobby I have found that the path to enlightenment is indeed a long one. I have been at this for 10 years now, see the first and last images in each of these links:

Thanks Dave.
Yes, working on the processing.
I’ve been using Siril as my main tool and am learning Pixel Math.
It’s pretty powerful.
Documenting my workflows in detail for future reference and to use as baselines.
I think the post processing is the harder part of the process.
The mechanics of shooting are much easier once you get it down.
Also using PHD2 for guiding now, images are better.
Was out last night doing the Whirlpool. I want to get another night, process and if things look good, I’ll post.
