Hi,
I have Zwo ASI676mc and I wish to use it's All-sky lens, along with Sharpcap to capture dynamic events over-night, and save only frames with such events (it maybe a meteor, airplane, etc.).
Please advise how to do it with Sharpcap.

Re: Capturing dynamic events with whole-sky camera
Hi,
unfortunately there isn't a built in feature to do this at the moment (although I have now had several requests, so I will consider it).
Some people have implemented similar things using the built in python scripting language - I've seen some nice image captures of planes crossing the sun captured this way - but I don't think any of those scripts have been shared publicly. If you can program python you can have your code receive each new frame and look for differences between that frame and the last, then act from that information.
cheers,
Robin
