Using W11 and Sharpcap 4.1.13800.
Sharpcap opens fine and connects with the camera BUT when you click on capture/start capture the box appears but is blank - nothing in it.
I have found that, if I do a Control/Alt/Del the box is then populated. Also it will be populated next time you click on capture. All drivers appear to be up to date.

Re: Capture Window comes up blank
Hi Peter,
try going to the SharpCap settings and unticking the 'Use graphics card acceleration...' option on the first tab, then restarting... That might do the trick. I've encountered this sort of thing before particularly either with remote access to the PC or laptops - sometimes the graphics card goes into a low power mode and things like this can happen, but going back to the software option for updating the display usually fixes it.
cheers,
Robin

Nope that doesn't do anything. Interestingly the settings box came up blank too until I did a Control/Alt/Del.
