SharpCap User Manual Now Available

After an enormous amount of work - particularly from forum user @turfpit - the SharpCap user manual for SharpCap 2.9 is now avaialable.

If you follow the link above, you can also download the whole manual in PDF format. The next bugfix release of 2.9 will contain the manual in Windows help format too.
A version for SharpCap 3.0 will follow - hopefully about the same time as the 3.0 release.
Once again, a big thank you to @turfpit, because without him the manual wouldn't be here now and to @JayThree for his proofreading and suggestions.
