Hi,
if you are seeing that question then you are probably running the installer for the version that is already installed on the computer (exact same version number). So, double check that the SharpCapInstall-4.1.XXXXX.0.exe is really a newer version than the version of SharpCap already on your computer.

I kept downloading yesterday getting the previous version...
Today I get the latest version no worries all good now...
