Hi
I like to image the sun using SharpCap with a script. It is a very simple script. While executing the script, I place crosshairs on a special feature on the sun. The problem is with the statement "COUNTDOWN FOR 300 SHOWING "Please Wait...". Sometimes, it covers the crosshairs. If I move the Countdown box, the crosshairs move from the feature.(losing my spot on the sun)

Re: Moving Crosshairs
Hi,
I just had a go at this with the crosshair showing, and moving the countdown box doesn't affect the crosshairs - unless you happen to be moving it around when it vanishes. Is that what you are experiencing? I think that's probably expected behaviour as once the countdown vanishes the mount press/movement gets passed on to the underlying window.
cheers,
Robin

Hi
this effect would happen, even in the middle of the countdown.

Re: Moving Crosshairs
Hi,
OK, the only thing like that I can see is if you try to drag the window right at the edge - where you would change the size of the window if it was re-sizable. That doesn't actually move the window because you are dragging on the inactive resize border, so when your mouse leaves the actual window area as part of the drag, it goes onto the image display and moves the crosshair.
I think part of the issue may be that the window lacks contrast between the header and the content, which means it's not obvious where to drag. That would probably help.
cheers,
Robin
