I noticed in v4.1.12748 that all three Noise Reduction Settings can be selected at the same time.

Hi Don,

yes, that's deliberate as someone requested the ability to have both a small amount of colour noise reduction *and* some general noise reduction. While I was making having 2 at once possible, it was not really any harder to allow all 3 at once!
