Live stacking Save button, 4 sub-options ??

Hi, appreciate any feedback on this. So we have 4 options, top to bottom:
1. Save as 16 Bit Stack
2. Save as Raw (32-bit) Stack
3. Save with Adjustments
4. Save Exactly as Seen
Despite the clear info on the SharpCap manual I'm a bit unsure which options to save my Live Stacks from my 294MC camera set to 16 bit RAW in SharpCap (the sensor its self is 12 bit).
My workflow is to do the Live Stack histogram stretch and colour adjustment in SharpCap, then export in .png format for final tweaks in Affinity Photo 2 (Curves, Background subtraction, HLVG, NoiseXTerminator) i.e. #3 or #4
Example below of a recent "Save Exactly as Seen", before and after some final tweaks in Affinity Photo 2

Ideally to also save a master file where the histogram stretch can be done later eg using the Ritson "Normalized Tone Stretch" in Affinity Photo. Or in SharpCap itself at a late time. But no saving of individual raw frames to stack later.
My observations are #3 and #4 generate images which visually look exactly the same. Maybe the file size is a bit bigger for #3 and could in theory contain more detail.
I have found that #1 is incompatible with the Ritson "Normalized Tone Stretch" in Affinity Photo.
Maybe a good workflow would be to export #3. Potentially being more than 8-bit it might be a more ideal starting point for final image tweaks eg at the lower grey levels ?? And to consider also exporting #2, for maximum compatibility for potential more involved processing at a later date including Histogram stretch.
I guess also #4 being 8-bit is a guarantee the image file will open in any software. But if #3 is saved then #4 is not that important.
Not sure what #1 achieves for me unless if can be reopened in SharpCap to do the Live Stack histogram stretch later ?
Finally, is there a way of configuring a one-click multiple save operation where pre-defined combinations including one or more of #1,2,3,4 are saved in succession ? Would definitely help
Thx, Jon
