Ive been using Sharpcap for sometime, and its generally been very straightforward. However yesterday i tried to do my usual livestack proceedure and all I can get is a report saying Unable to read image. As far as Im aware I havent changed anything other than update to Sharpcap 4.
Im using folder monitoring from Kstars fed from network connected astroberry on a PI4
Sharpcap can still read old folders so it would seem there is something recent that has changed.
Ive checked that the astroberry version is up to date as is the kstars.

Any thoughts or advice would be gratefully received.

I don't know the answer for that but for those who can (probably Robin ), could you give the log file for the session that happens?
You can get the log by going to the Help tab in SharpCap and then Show Log. This will show the log of the current session but you can also locate another log file on disk.
When you share, it's preferred to attach it to your posting instead of pasting it as text since it can be very long.

yes, Menno is right - please do share the log as hopefully it will contain some info about why SharpCap couldn't read the image files in question (presumably FITS format?). I may also need to check one of the image files that is failing to load. Have you changed any software reacently? Updates to SharpCap, Kstars, etc?
