It can be used for focusing with a Bahtinov mask and for focusing and/or collimating with a Tri-Bahtinov mask.
It has some very cool features like an assistant too to see which collimating screws have to be adjusted, which way and how much.
I found it very easy to use and noticed that I could use it in the way that worked for me. So it's versatile in use.
And no, this is no advertisement
It's just something I know rather a lot of people were/are looking for.This is my final result.
