Hello Robin
In Smart Histogram when I select "Unity Gain" or "Max Dynamic Range", it does not change the results

Hi,
what camera are you using? Some cameras don't actually have a unity gain, in which case SharpCap will aim to get as close as possible -usually minimum gain. Minimum gain can also give the max dynamic range is some cases, particularly with cameras that do not have a cliff edge in the read noise graph due to LCG/HCG transition.
cheers,
Robin

Hello Robin
It's a ZWO ASI533MC
I did a Sensor Analysis

Ah,
then in this case it's more or less a coincidence - the ASI533 has unity gain at gain 100 (roughly speaking), which is also the gain level where the camera switches from LCG to HCG mode. The lowest gain in HCG mode is often where you find the maximum dynamic range, so the two happen to coincide due to the parameters of the sensor. Nothing to worry about, I think.
cheers,
Robin
