I've tried solar mosaic tool, aligned it, calibrated, it estimated solar disc size almost correct to 3000px. But when started mosaic, the mount didn't slew to the correct positions.
I've recalibrated it on another edge, the sun size was the same, as well as the result. Mount didn't slew to the panel positions

Re: Solar Mosaic not working
Hi,
from the log, it looks like you clicked through a warning about the mount co-ordinates being a long way (58 degrees or so) from the sun position. That's certainly not going to help at all with the accuracy of the movements - really you should have the mount co-ordinates roughly correct to within a few degrees.
Once you have completed the alignment process, you see four buttons on the next page of the mosaic that allow you to get SharpCap to move to the top/left/bottom/right of the target. These let you test how well the alignment has worked - if it is correct then they should put the selected edge of the sun/moon into the middle of view.
Also, your SharpCap verison is now 6 months out of date, and there have been a lot of improvements/bug fixes in that period, so worth updating.
cheers,
Robin
