I have a new laptop and a new version of SharpCap. I click on "Cameras" but my camera (ASI294-pro) is not found. When I try this with the old laptop and old version of SharpCap the camera is found. Am I missing somthing?

Re: Finding camera
Hi,
the most likely cause is that you haven't installed the ZWO System drivers which allow windows to detect the camera properly. Without those drivers, SharpCap (and other software) cannot detect the camera.
Download and install the 'Camera Driver' from this page and see if that helps : https://www.zwoastro.com/software/
cheers,
Robin
