Hi all,
SharpCap isn't registering my new ZWO ASI662MC cam. I have the driver as I use other ZWO cams. I updated the driver and even rebooted, but the cam isn't being picked up. Any ideas?

Hi,
please check that you have the latest version of SharpCap from our downloads page - older versions of SharpCap may contain older versions of the ZWO camera software package, which may not detect the latest models of camera. ZWO have also just released another update (last week) - this update will be in a new version of SharpCap 4.1 that I intend to upload later today.
If the latest version of SharpCap doesn't help then it's worth checking Windows device manager to check that the camera shows up correctly in the 'Imaging Devices' section. If it isn't showing up in device manager then it will be a driver or cable connection or hardware issue rather than a software issue.
