Found this during a disk tidy, posted to encourage those starting out - persistence is the key.

Both were captured with a Celestron C8 SCT and ZWO ASI120MC USB2 camera.

The 2017 image was captured with SharpCap 3, stacked with Autostakkert 2, tortured with Registax 6 and 'finished off' in Photoshop. Capture details are lost.

The 2024 Image was captured with SharpCap 4.1. The 3 22s videos were processed with Autostakkert 3, Registax 6 and WinJUPOS. Full details here viewtopic.php?f=16&t=7344&p=40580#p40580

Still a long way to go: Atmospheric Dispersion Corrector, Collimation, RGB filters ......
