Hi Robin
While using the EAF I see your software displaying a temperature in the ZWO Focuser window.
I was wondering if your software is reading/displaying the External thermal probe of the EAF.
Thanks
Steve

Re: zwo EAF external T probe
Hi Steve,
yes, the temperature displayed in the focus controls area comes from the focuser ASCOM driver, which will be getting it from the temperature proble (I don't think I know of any focusers with built in temperature sensors, since they would be affected by the heat from the motor)
I actually just recently added a sequencer step that allows a sequence block to be run when the focuser temperature changes by a set amount. The idea is that you can put whatever steps needed to refocus inside this block, then set it going with maybe a 2C threshold, and then the sequence will refocus automatically every time the probe temperature changes by 2C. The plan is to put this into the deep sky sequence planner too, but haven't quite got that far yet.
cheers,
Robin
