Focus Assistance Struggles

I m really struggling with the focus assistance. I never get it to display the curve or have it return to the best focus after the run.

Any hints? I have rad the manual dozens of times.

Hi,

difficult to give much advice based on very little info, sorry. Could you share a screenshot showing what you *do* see in the focus area, then we should be able to advise.
