Ram problem for SharCap
Hello, I bought pro for SharCap to ensure the RAM capacity meets my needs but I still cannot increase the capacity as I want. Does anyone know the cause? Thank.

Hi Toby,
what memory level did you want to set and how much memory do you have on your PC? There are limits that apply to the total of the two sliders to prevent you from setting values that could bring your PC to a halt by using too much of the available memory.
The total of the two sliders cannot exceed the larger of
* half of total PC memory
* total PC memory less 6 Gb

Also, just to check, you did enter the license code into SharpCap before trying to adjust the memory settings?
