Circles in Annotated DS Images

The annotation circles/ellipses/crosses are barely visible in the annotated image when displayed outside the application.
Is it possible to have them more clearly visible (thicker)?
Perhaps a annotation setting: "Line width"?

Hi,

yes, I've noticed this before - the scaling of the lines/fonts is different when saving to file. Something I would like to fix to make it similar to the on-screen view in future.
