Robin,
I know we've had issues around Live Stack file naming before, but here something is definitely not quite right: hopefully, as you will see from the screenshot, the filter selected is LPS-D1, but the second field in the suggested filename, which should be the filter, is NBZ-UHS, which was that selected for the prior stacking session. Note, though, that the correct (new) object name is being used.
Log & screenshot attached (archived)

Hope this is clear,
Carl

Hi Carl,

looking through the code, I can see that the info for the filenames is captured just after the previous stack has been reset (it clears up the old filename information and sets up a new set straight away). That's great from the point of view of writing code that won't crash as there's always a set of filename information to use when saving from live stack, but it does mean that if you reset the stack, leave it paused, change stuff then resume, you get the filenames setup for the previous settings.

I will have to look into this and make some changes I think so that the filenames are set up when the first frame is added to the new stack.

cheers,

Robin
