Does anyone know of a simple method for stacking Meteor showers that were captured using a tracked mount?
I can't find a method for this for either DSS or Sequator
Is it possible, if so what would be the workflow?
thanks

Re: Perseids Stacking?
Hi,
what's the end goal here? A stack of the starfield and the meteor trails all showing up on top of it?
You could do a 'maximum value stack' to get the meteor trails all showing up rather than being diluted down to practically nothing by averaging. Then remove the stars from that and overlay on a normal stack (which will show the background nicely but the meteors will be averaged down to practically nothing). SharpCap has a maximum value stack option in live stacking that was requested for just this sort of thing - not sure what other software has it.
cheers,
Robin
