Hello All !
I`m not sure if this is the right sub-forum for my concern (?). I`m not all that familiar with Sharpcap, having used it only a couple of times. Anyway, on to my concern. Its the "rainy season" over here in my tropical country (Philippines), so i thought i`d try out the "Test Image" portion (Jupiter).
So i click on "Test Image"(Jupiter), resulting in the bottom leftside of the screen showing the time, framerate,etc.. Then i try to adjust controls like gain, exposure, etc.. but observe that the image absolutely refuses to change... Am i missing something here ? Help would be appreciated. Thank You !
Patrick

Re: Unable to work Camera Control Settings for "Test Image" (Jupiter)
Hi Patrick,
I guess you are talking about the test image of Jupiter used by 'Test Camera 2 (High Speed)'. In old versions of SharpCap the controls didn't actually do anything when using that camera, but in the latest versions (the latest 4.0 and 4.1 too), the controls such as Exposure, Gain and Gamma do have an effect, although it is simulated by the software.
Hope this helps,
Robin
