Can you live stack narrow band images?

First post and a question. Can you live stack a multi spectral image? I have a mono camera, eat and electronic filter wheel. Can you write a sequence that, say, takes a 30 sec exposure with a luminescence filter, pauses the live stack, switches to the red filter, refocuses, resumes the live stack for another 30 sec, and so on with the remaining filters? I may want to run this sequence multiple times in a live stack session. Is this possible?

Hi,
you can't use live stacking at the moment to build up a colour image from different filters on a mono camera - if you have a mono camera then the stacking will just make a monochrome stack.
You can work with the sequencer as you describe to create a series of monochrome stacks (one per filter, maybe luminance too), then combine those later in another processing application.
The idea of being able to do this in live stacking is something that has been discussed before, and it's on the list of 'interesting ideas for things to do in the future', but I have no immediate plans (ie next 6 to 12 months) to implement that feature - there are lots of other things that are considerably higher up the list...
cheers,
Robin
