pause live stack

#1

Post by Tiago Ferreira »

As i don't save raw frames, only watch, is there any way to pause the live stack and resume the night after? I mean, restarting everything but rescuing the previous night live stack at the point it was?

Hi,

currently no, there isn't a way to save a stack and then re-load and continue it later. Most people take the approach of saving the final stack image (as 16 bit for instance) and then stacking a number of those images in DSS or similar (no calibration needed).

cheers,

Robin
