Hi to all, This is my first attempt to lodge a post.
I have just renewed my license and I can't get it to populate into the place where it has to go. I have been all over the FAQ pages and it is simple enough but I am obviously not holding my tongue right. Can any body out there shed any light on my problem, it will be much appreciated.

There are a few things to check to make sure that your new license is entered correctly and will work:

* Remove all previous license text from the license entry window before entering the new license

* Copy and paste in the new key - do not try to enter it manually as there is too much chance of a typing error

* Make sure you include all the lines of the license key from 'LicenseId=...' at the beginning down to 'Signature2=...' at the end.
