Recentering after plate solve on every object I tried not working with Goto Image Coordinates. Ver 4.1.10388

I have the same issue here with Ver 4.1.10388. If I do a plate solve & sync, the object is not in the center.
But NGC 3642 should be in the center. Only after a third plate solve, it was centered correctly.
Then when I slew the object by a lot out of the center and do a plate solve & sync, the result is that sync is not needed, difference is less then 0.005 degrees which is obviously not the case.
I use All Sky Plate Solver.

It's weird. Just did a plate solve & sync, offset is 0.02 (so just a fraction), yet it's send to the position again as shown in the screenshot. I do a plate solve & sync again with result no sync needed. I do a Plate solve & sync again, now the offset is 0.02 and the object is now slewed out of the frame.
It's not the mount: when I give a slew command directly in my mount software, the object is slewed into the center.

Maybe the "Fix issues with recentering during live stacking" has some unwanted side effects? I do no live stacking btw.

Same here - centering is not working in this release for me either.

One other issue with this version is that saving a camera profile fails and I had to change permissions on C:\Program Files\SharpCap 4.1 (64 bit)\DefaultCaptureProfiles to allow users to modify it - obviously not writeable for some reason:-

Ok, thanks everyone, I've got it...

There was one place where the epoch of a set of co-ordinates was incorrect, so I fixed that (which was fine), but I then decided that code that looked the same elsewhere must also be wrong and changed the same code in another place where it *was* correct to begin with

So, it turned out that the mount was reporting its co-ordinates and saying they were in the J2000 epoch, which they weren't. Then you end up being off by the difference between the J2000 and JNOW epochs every time. Sorry about that.

I will put up a fix in the next couple of hours (and also try to sort out the issue with the capture profiles folder - it was only supposed to load profiles from that folder, not save them...)

I'm unable to properly test the plate solving part as it is a) daylight and b) cloudy, but I have undone the incorrect change to the epoch, so unless I broke two things, it should be fine now.
