How to tell Flats with Bias Subtraction versus Flat Darks

Hi
I've been testing the effects of these two options for making flats and happen to notice that there's no record of whether Bias or Flat Darks were subtracted from the averaged flat frames. There's no indication on the Notepad file and none on the mini Fits Header that is produced. so, my questions:
1. How can I tell which Flat was made with Bias subtraction versus Flat Dark subtraction?
2. Is it possible in the (near) future to have a more complete and useful FITS Header?
Thank you,
Gary
