Sometimes I use a mount without go-to. And then is it difficult to find DSO targets. What is the best procedure to see DSO on the computer screen? Is it one of the Fx facilities or?

Re: How to see DSO on the computer screen
Use the Display Histogram Stretch, which can be found at the right-hand side of the screen in the Camera Control Panel.
Unstretched, the DSO (M31) is not visible.
Stretched (by clicking the lightning button) brightens the display (note how the mini-histogram changes) and the DSO can be seen.

The M31 was a 90s exposure. You could try turning the camera gain high as a temporary step until you find the object.
