ASI678MC Is not recognized???

#1

Post by cmjub »

Hallo,

Since today I have the ASI678MC, but it is not recognized by the current Sharpcap pro.
ASI120MC-S and ASI385MC are OK.

With the ASICAP I can use the ASI678MC, only sharpcap does not recognize the camera???

Is the ASI678MC too new???

Very thanks

Hi,

please try updating to the very latest version of SharpCap from the downloads page (https://downloads.sharpcap.co.uk) - this latest version should work with the 678MC and other new models with no problems.

thanks,

Robin

Hi,

there are automatic updates, but they tend to follow several weeks (even a month or two) behind the latest version on the download page. That way we can be sure that the versions set up for auto-update do not have any unexpected bugs.

cheers,

Robin
