Hello Robin,
Said goodbye to Maxim, hello to Sharp cap pro.
Downloaded all the software , Ascom 6.5 + 6.6, and Allin-one- from QHYCCD.
My 600 M opens in Sharp cap so does the 268 C.
Oddly enough: 128 C does not show up in the camera list.
Message: system driver 18-4-25 needs update to system driver 21-9-9 .....Hhm, I am stuck.
Strange, I think ,because two QHY cameras are doing just fine.
Love Phd2 + Sharpcap !!
Regards, William.

Re: QHY 128C
Hi William,
good to hear that you are enjoying SharpCap Pro.
The 128C should work if you can get a recent QHY driver installed - the system driver is usually the very first entry in the long list of things that you can tick/untick when installing the QHY all-in-one, so make sure that item is ticked. You could also try the 'beta' all-in-one from their download page as that is newer (May 2022).
cheers,
Robin

Re: QHY 128C
Hello Robin,
Thanks for the advice. Never to old to learn.
The all-in-one package can be a little intimidating, I must say.
Yesterday I gave it another try and guess what,
same message regarding the system driver, BUT..... the 128C was open for business !!
Strange things do happen with electronics !
Now my learning curve is in full swing.
Regards, William.
