Error when trying to install version 4

Hello,
Is there any support for a user having an issue with an error during attempted install of version 4?

Thank you for answering.
I copied the error report into a text file.
Its a lot of text!
However - the laptop I tried it on was an older unit - a dell Latitude - 32bit
I was able to install version 4 64bit with no problem at all in a newer laptop
So I think I am ok
