Annotation feature extended

Is it possible to have a way to extend the annotation catalogue without having to create a .cvs file? A more broadband and intuitive way to do it for a new sharpcap user to click/check when having a paid version? It could have a larger catalogue as an option, within the threshold of the software capability. Thanks
