FTP Uploading

Hello,
I have been using my own all-sky camera recently and I would like the image from it to be uploaded every certain amount of time, e.g. 5 minutes to my ftp server, constantly under the same file name e.g. allsky.jpg. I know you can do something like that in python scripts, but I don't know anything about the python... Does any of you use and could you share such a script? Please...
