Hi Robin,
When I use Sky Simulator, the missing link was slewing to a specific target, as the ASCOM simulated mount has nowhere to enter goto coordinates. I could connect Starry Night to the simulated mount, and that would work.
But now I simply use the "Goto Image" tool and pull up a FITS files from past imaging and viola!
