I don't know if it's deliberate, but using the SmartBrain to evaluate sky conditions turns off hot pixel removal, and leaves it off...

Hi Carl,
good point - it's necessary to turn off true dark subtraction to do the measurement, but the HPR doesn't really need to be turned off. To be honest, the best thing here would be for me to put back the dark subtraction setting at the end of the measurement (as having HPR off will not affect this measurement).
