Hello,
Indeed it is possible that the driver has a bug. Normally we should be able to go down without problem up to 50us as announced in the technical specifications. This value of 56.8us is difficult to explain.
However, is it realistic to expect a fix from QHY? What to do ?

Soulearth

Re: Sensor Analyse incoherent with QHY290
Hi,
I have updated the analysis code to use a minimum exposure of 100us as part of the analysis on QHY cameras - this should avoid the danger zone. You will still be able to select these shorter exposures manually, but I expect that range is unlikely to be used for any realistic imaging. It would probably be a good idea to report the issue to QHY if you have time.
cheers,
Robin

Hi,
yep, that looks good - thanks for the help in tracking down the issue (and remember not to image at exposures of less than 56 microseconds!!! )
cheers,
Robin

Hi,
Thank you. I really like sharpcap. I was happy to help a little.
I promise, I won't do extreme lucky imaging.
