Create Flat ok in SC but it cant be used

Hi Robin,
I have the 4.0 version of SharpCap and created a flat file via the create menu. It worked great the first night. I went to simply load sharpcap the next day and it says that file could not be loaded and is in error. It worked the night before and I did not change it at all. It was still in the directory where it was sent and still in the preprocess list dutifully. Yet it says it couldnt be loaded...
Any idea why this may have happened?

Hi Marc,

check that the camera settings still match the flat frame - for instance if the resolution setting for the camera has changed then the flat will no longer be usable.

If there is an error actually loading the flat frame then you should see an error message that has some info about what the error was - it would be helpful if you could post the exact error message or a screenshot of it.

Thanks Robin... I discovered that the flat was unusable due to a change in the camera binning... duh.. It said so too... Sorry to take up your time!
