SC calling for version 21-9-9 or later

I have just installed SC 4.0.8532. I start SC and then plug in the QHY 174. I get the following message and the app freezes.
"Your current system driver version is 18-3-30 but the software need version 21-9-9 or later, maybe you need to get the latest system version from http://qhyccd.com/:

I thought downloads came with the latest drivers.
